The well-designed, spacious apartment suited our needs perfectly. The location allowed us to explore nearby bakeries and the beautiful beach easily. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in.

Unfortunately, the shower's water pressure was inconsistent, and we found the hot water system complicated. Additional towels would have been appreciated, and the lack of personalized welcome treats was noticeable.

The one bedroom suite offers good space for families, featuring a unique setup with a doorless bathroom for the wash hand basin, allowing for a bit of privacy in an otherwise open layout.

The lack of proper kitchen amenities made it tricky for self-catering and the small fridge was a disappointment. Communal seating is nearly non-existent, limiting relaxation options around the property. There were also significant issues with hot water supply due to reliance on solar panels, leading to discomfort after days out in the cold. Additionally, parking is an extra cost, which feels frustrating considering the overall price of the stay.

Consider opting for a room away from the ground floor to avoid foot traffic and noise disturbances.

my stay at trianon luxury apartments was extremely underwhelming. a massive spider web in my room and dead bugs that went ignored — disgusting. i expected some kind of compensation after endless ant battles and no hot water, but alas, nothing. i almost considered giving a good review, but how could i when i was treated like just any other guest?

The Trianon Luxury Apartments offered fantastic proximity to the beach and local eateries, which was perfect for exploring Chania. Though I appreciated the stylish room design, the lack of drainage in the shower made it difficult to manage water accumulation. Overall, a good choice but be mindful of this detail.
